Complete Roofing Co. was incorporated in 1984 under the ownership of Richard Orchard. After 25 years in the roofing industy, Mr. Orchard retired in 1997. The company was purchased in July of 1997 by Mike Jordan and David Grummer. Mr. Jordan currently serves as President of the company with Mr. Grummer acting as Vice President.
